Founder / Managing Partner

Arron’s professional expertise in planning,  architecture and interior design has spanned over 55 years and to date has encompassed over 50 million square feet of service for commercial spaces and residential properties.  Over the years, Arron has had the opportunity to diversify his businesses.  His first company, Latt, Jackson & Associates was established as a commercial interiors consulting firm and which later evolved into Arron F. Latt & Associates/Interarc,  which quickly became one of the leading architectural, interior design, construction administration and management firms in California.  This firm was well known for such projects as, Sony Superscope Marantz and the Wilsire Bundy Plaza.  

After selling Interarc in 1984, Arron took the opportunity to become a private consultant which led to creating the company that stands today, Project Management Collaborative, LLC.  He partnered with Sherwin Small to offer their clients the essential construction project management support required in both the residential and commercial fields.  

Arron is a member of the Construction Management Association of America, holds a current California Contractors license, and is a certified Interior Designer.  With his vast knowledge, he has written many papers on construction project management and space planning.  Arron has been a widely sought-after seminar instructor and lecturer, as he has addressed audiences at the University of California, the UCLA School of Finance, the American Management Association, the American Industrial Real Estate Association, the Association of Legal Administrators, and the Society of Industrial Realtors.  

Founder / Partner

Sherwin has practiced in various areas of architecture and construction management since the 1960’s.  His architectural experience includes projects from single family residences and apartment buildings to nursing facilities and acute hospitals.  He has a reputation for being assertive, decisive and thorough, of which has been a valued asset to our company.  Prior to his association with PMC, Sherwin was the executive Vice President for National Medical Enterprises, Inc., Hospital Group.  His responsibilities included planning, design, purchasing, and construction to the installation of all equipment.  He was responsible for the installation of the first base-isolation system used in United States hospitals.  

Sherwin has a Bachelor of Architecture from Illinois Institute of Technology, College of Architecture and is a licensed architect in California.  In addition, he has been a member of the AIA Architecture for Health Committee, a guest lecturer at UCLA Graduate Division of Architecture, and an instructor at Woodbury University School of Architecture in Los Angeles.  

Senior Project Manager

John has been involved in the construction industry since 1968.  He has worked as an architect, forensic architect, project manager, and general contractor.  His early experience was in the residential design and build field in Boston and then Los Angeles.  In 1985 he became one of the first general contractors in Southern California to apply the use of classical European detailing to the construction of large custom residences.  Since that time he has worked mostly in the field, building large home projects with 24 examples between 4,500 and 18,000 square feet in his portfolio.  John is a graduate of Harvard College and the Harvard Graduate School of Design and holds a Master of Architecture degree.  He is both a California Licensed Architect and Licensed General Contractor.
